Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an incorrect item, follow these steps to request a replacement:

Report the issue within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at hello@aurellabelle.com with your order ID and clear pictures of the wrong item.

Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Once approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the incorrect product from you.

If our reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, we will provide an alternative return option.

As soon as the incorrect product is collected, we will ship your replacement (subject to stock availability). If the item is unavailable, we will process a refund.

Damaged Item

If your order arrives damaged, follow these steps to request a replacement:

Report the damage within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at hello@aurellabelle.com with your order ID and clear pictures of the damaged item.

Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Once approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the damaged product from you.

If our reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, we will provide an alternative return option.

Once the damaged product is collected, we will ship your replacement (subject to stock availability). If the item is unavailable, we will process a refund.

Returns & Replacements Are Not Available In These Cases:

The product has been opened, used, or altered.

The original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.

The return/replacement request is made after 3 days from the delivery date.

Returns and refunds are not applicable for makeup products.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is processed.

Once the order has been processed, cancellations are not possible.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on orders above a minimum order value (subject to change and notified at checkout).

We also provide a Cash-On-Delivery (COD) option.

The final shipping rate displayed at checkout is applicable.

Pricing & Product Information

We strive for accuracy, but pricing or typographical errors may occur.

Prices are confirmed only after an order is placed.

If a product is incorrectly priced or contains inaccurate information, we reserve the right to cancel the order unless it has already been shipped.

If an item is mispriced, we may either:

Contact you for guidance before proceeding.

Cancel your order and notify you accordingly.

Until the product is dispatched, your order is not considered accepted.

If an order is canceled after payment processing, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Promotional offers and discounts may be limited to specific categories and products.

Coupon codes may not be applicable to certain categories or items.
