Order Handling Shipping

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 working hours. In case of maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, shipping timelines may be affected. If you do not receive shipping information, please contact us via WhatsApp at XXXXXXXXXX or email us at hello@aurellabelle.com.

We strive to ensure you love your Aurella Belle products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us, and we will make it right.

Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an incorrect item, follow these steps to request a replacement:

Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery by emailing hello@aurellabelle.com or contacting us via WhatsApp at XXXXXXXXX. Attach pictures of the wrong item along with your order ID.

Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Once approved, our courier partner will collect the incorrect item from your location.

If our reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, we will assist you with an alternative solution.

Once the wrong item is picked up, we will ship your replacement product (subject to stock availability). If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Item Damaged

If you receive a damaged product, follow these steps to request a replacement:

Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery via email at hello@discoverpilgrim.com or WhatsApp at 74000 97974. Include pictures of the damaged item and your order ID.

Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Once approved, our courier partner will collect the damaged item from your location.

If our reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, we will provide an alternative solution.

Once the damaged item is picked up, we will ship a replacement (subject to stock availability). If unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Returns & Replacements Not Applicable For:

Opened, used, or altered products

Missing original packaging (including mono cartons, labels, etc.)

Requests made after 3 days from the delivery date

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are processed. Once an order has been processed, cancellation is not possible.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is subject to change and will be notified accordingly. We also provide Cash-On-Delivery (COD). The shipping rates displayed at checkout are final.
