Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on www.aurellabelle.com, operated under the trade name AURELLA BELLE CORPORATION (Legal Name: ANJALI WATTS).
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours. However, during periods of high demand, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances, shipping timelines may be affected.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email or SMS.
If you do not receive shipping information within the expected time, you may contact our support team for assistance.
Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an incorrect item, please follow these steps to request a replacement:
- Raise a request within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@aurellabelle.com.
- Include your Order ID and attach clear images of the product received.
- Please allow up to 48 working hours for our team to review the request.
If approved, our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your location. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we will guide you through an alternative return process.
Once the incorrect item is received, we will ship the replacement product (subject to stock availability). If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Damaged Product
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@aurellabelle.com.
- Provide your Order ID along with clear images of the damaged product.
- Our support team will review the request within 48 working hours.
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the damaged product. Once the item is received, we will ship a replacement (subject to stock availability) or process a refund if the product is unavailable.
Returns & Replacements Not Applicable For
- Opened, used, or altered products
- Products without original packaging, labels, or cartons
- Requests made after 3 days from the delivery date
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on eligible orders above a specified minimum order value. This minimum order amount may change from time to time and will be reflected during checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may also be available for certain locations. Any applicable shipping charges displayed during checkout are final.
